Which edition should I choose?
Store is for one store. Multi-store is for several stores managed together. Warehouse is for stores supplied by their own warehouse. Options such as trade-ins or payroll are added on top of any edition.
Can I change edition later?
Yes. Move up when you open the next store: your data stays where it is. Options can be added or removed later too.
How is the price calculated?
Each edition has a monthly price, by store for the editions with several stores; options are priced per store, per month; an installation fee is paid once where it applies. All prices are on the pricing page, in Canadian dollars, before taxes.
Do I pay when I register?
No. Registering asks for no payment and no password. A person reviews your registration and confirms your price with you before anything is set up.
Does it work in French?
Yes. The point of sale, the administration and the Help guides are in French and in English, and each store chooses its language.
Are Canadian sales taxes handled?
Yes. Each store has a tax profile set from its province or territory, and the register charges the taxes on every sale.
Is my data kept apart from other businesses?
Yes. Each business gets its own database, files and uploads. One business never reads another's.
How does my team learn to use it?
Through the Help guides built into the screens: one picture of the real screen per step, in English and French.
